What currency do you charge in?
All orders are charged in the currency of your local area. For example, orders from the US are in USD, orders from Canada are in CDN.
Where does my order ship from?
All orders are shipped from the warehouse in Upper State New York.
What is your return policy?
We do not take returns unless there has been shipping damage to your order, in which case we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Refunds can be processed only until your shipment has been sent.
Where are you located?
Our head office is in Vancouver, Canada, but we ship to all of North America directly from the warehouse in Upper State New York.
What happens after my order is placed?
Once you place an order, we will reach out to you by phone or email to ensure you have everything you need (cables, mounting brackets & etc) and also discus lead times for bass cabinets and custom colors. Upon final order sign-off, we will arrange shipping and send out your system.
